Easy Ribs With Rub

Ingredients:
Your favorite barbeque dry rub
Your favorite BBQ sauce
Rack of ribs

Instructions:
Sprinkle 0.1 lb. (about 1.5 oz.) of barbeque dry rub on the meat side of a rack of ribs. Place into a large baking pan into which you’ve poured 1/4 can of beer (whatever you’re drinking that day) Cover tightly with foil.

Bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours. Now you can prepare for the rest of the barbeque or socialize with your guests. Fire up the grill.

About 10 minutes before serving, place the rack of ribs on the grill for apx. 5 minutes per side to get a nice char. The last two minutes or so, paint on your favorite BBQ sauce. (optional)
