buffalo chicken dip

Serves 6-8 (Buffalo Chicken Dip Image provided by “A Kitchen Addiction“)

Ingredients:
2 Cups cooked diced chicken
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup ranch dressing
1/4 – 1/2 cup Ring of Fire Habanero Hotsauce (to taste)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Heat chicken and red hot until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and Ranch dressing. Cook(microwave is fine), stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half the cheddar cheese and transfer mixture to a slow cooker.Sprinkle the remaining cheese over top, cover, and cook on low setting until hot and bubbly.
It is ready at 165 degrees
Serve with crackers, celery & carrots

Notes:
We make this in the store and have used many different sauces.

Ingredients:
1 Acorn or Butternut squash Olive oil Herbes de Provence
Instructions: Cut squash in half and scrape out seeds. Coat cut surfaces with olive oil. Sprinkle with Herbes de Provence.
