Death By Brownie

Serves 10

Ingredients:

¾ cup flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
5 Tablespoons Valrhona Cocoa Powder
½ cup butter or shortening
2 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Nielsen Massey Vanilla Extract
Less than 1/8 teaspoon Satan’s Blood Chile Extract

TOPPING
1 ½ teaspoon Saigon Cinnamon
½ cup granulated sugar

Instructions:
Sift flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa together. Cream sugar, egg and butter/shortening together. Stir in vanilla and chile extract. Add dry ingredients and stir well. Spread in 8″X8″ pan. Sprinkle with a mix of 1 ½ teaspoon of cinnamon and ½ cup granulated sugar. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 Acorn or Butternut squash Olive oil Herbes de Provence
Instructions: Cut squash in half and scrape out seeds. Coat cut surfaces with olive oil. Sprinkle with Herbes de Provence.
